Terms & Conditions

1. Formation of Agreement

A binding contract is created once both parties have signed the order form. The order form confirms the specification of works, agreed price, and acceptance of these terms.

2. Payment Conditions

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the works. A booking deposit, normally 30% of the total contract value, is required to secure the order and reserve project dates. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or the project has commenced.

3. Ownership of Materials

All materials supplied remain our property until full payment has been received. If payment is not made in accordance with these terms, we reserve the right to remove or recover any materials or works carried out.

4. Access & Client Obligations

The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the site for the duration of the project. Delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access may be charged to the client or cause rescheduling.

5. Scope of Services

Our responsibility is limited to the works listed in the quotation or order form. Any additional work requested, or found necessary once the project has started, will require a separate quotation and written approval.

6. Variations & Unexpected Work

If unforeseen conditions arise (such as hidden defects, water ingress, or hazardous materials), we will notify the client. Any remedial work or extra cost required will only proceed with the client’s agreement.

7. Existing Property Condition

We accept no responsibility for faults, deterioration, or damage in areas outside the agreed scope of works. Any such issues remain the client’s responsibility unless we are separately contracted to resolve them.

8. Insurance & Health & Safety

We hold comprehensive public liability insurance and operate in accordance with current health and safety standards. The client must disclose any known site hazards prior to the start of work.

9. 10-Year Guarantee

All works carried out by our team are backed by a 10-year Guarantee covering workmanship and materials we supply and install. The Guarantee excludes damage caused by misuse, interference by third parties, external structural movement, or issues unrelated to our installation. See full terms and conditions here.

10. Product Longevity

While our Guarantee covers a 10-year period, the materials and systems we install are expected to last considerably longer under normal use. The Guarantee represents our quality guarantee, not the full lifespan of the products.

11. Compliance with Regulations

All work will be completed in line with applicable building regulations and industry standards. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary planning or regulatory approvals, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or amendment of agreed works must be confirmed in writing. If materials have been ordered or work has already commenced, charges may apply to cover labour, time, and materials incurred.

13. Delays & Uncontrollable Events

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including severe weather, supply chain issues, illness, or accidents. In such cases, we will keep the client informed and reschedule works at the earliest opportunity.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability in relation to this contract is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of income, inconvenience, or additional expenses, arising from the works.

15. Photographs & Marketing

We may take photographs of the works before, during, and after completion for record-keeping and marketing purposes. No personal or unrelated areas of the property will be included without the client’s consent.

16. Termination by Contractor

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate this contract if the client fails to make payments, denies access to the site, or breaches these terms in any material way.

17. Resolving Issues

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally. Any concerns should be raised with us in writing so we can review and address the matter promptly.
