10-Year Guarantee

We take pride in our workmanship and the quality of the materials we use. To give you complete confidence, every installation is protected by our 10-Year Guarantee, covering both workmanship and the materials we supply and install.

Scope of Guarantee

This guarantee covers:

• Workmanship – Any fault that arises within 10 years as a direct result of how our work was carried out.

• Materials – Failure of products that we supplied and installed under normal use during the guarantee period.

If an issue arises that falls within this scope, we will return, inspect, and put it right at no cost to you.

Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover the following:

• Pre-existing problems in areas of the property we did not work on.

• Leaks or water ingress originating from the existing roof or other parts of the property outside our installation.

• Cosmetic issues such as hairline plaster cracks, settlement cracks, or paint finishes.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party interference.

• Structural movement or deterioration in parts of the building outside our installation.

• Issues caused by lack of reasonable maintenance (e.g., water ingress from blocked gutters).

• Severe weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Condensation – While our system is designed to significantly reduce the risk of condensation, it cannot guarantee complete elimination. Some condensation may still occur depending on the existing structure and integrity of the property.

Duration

This guarantee is valid for 10 years from the date of completion. The 10-year period reflects how long we formally stand behind our workmanship and supplied materials. With normal use and care, your installation should continue to perform well beyond this timeframe.

Claims Process

If you need to make a claim under this guarantee:

1. Contact us via email at info@ecoroofinsulation.cou.k, providing your name, address, photos and a description of the issue.

2. We will acknowledge your claim within 5 working days.

3. An inspection will be arranged within 30 working days (or sooner where reasonably possible).

4. If the fault is covered by this guarantee, we will carry out the necessary remedial work promptly and at no cost to you.

Our Commitment

If a valid claim is made within the guarantee period, we will carry out the necessary remedial work promptly and at no cost. For any issues outside of this guarantee, we are always happy to offer advice and provide repair services at a fair and competitive rate.

Our total liability under this guarantee shall not exceed the original contract value.
